This piece is inspired by the profound poetic essence of Frida Kahlo's writing, as well as the vibrant, intense colors of her paintings and drawings featured in her book, Alas Rotas. The canvas reflects my admiration for her unique ability to weave emotion into art.
 
In creating this work, I used some of the flowers from a beautiful bouquet I received as a testament to a beautiful love story at a wedding in India in 2024. This bright and lively arrangement serves as a tribute to the joy and beauty that love can bring, echoing Kahlo's own themes of passion and resilience
