Voices of the land

Voices of the Land is an immersive, multi-sensory art exhibition by Noila Souza and Rob Pine celebrating the manu (birds) and landscapes of Aotearoa. Through vibrant large-scale paintings, stunning photography, projected imagery, and real birdsong triggered by movement and touch, the voices of native birds come alive. Visitors will awaken the sounds of the ngahere, wind, and flowing water, and are invited to listen, feel, and reconnect with the whenua — reflecting on our role as kaitiaki, guardians of nature.
